Most fruit retailers buy through wholesalers and never see a farm. We buy from these nine growers directly, and visit them.
Our first supplier and still our largest. Family-run orchard growing papaya, dragon fruit and jackfruit, all tree-ripened with no post-harvest treatment.
A cooperative of smallholders in Thailand's eastern fruit belt. Source of our mangosteen and longan through the May–August season.
Bananas and Hawaii papaya from the southern Philippines. Certified for reduced pesticide use and supplying us weekly year-round.
Local hydroponic farm growing xiao bai cai, kangkong and lettuce. Harvested in the morning and with us the same day — nothing travels further than 25 km.
Highland vegetables grown at altitude — cabbage, lettuce, carrots and tomatoes that need the cooler climate Singapore cannot offer.
MD2 and honey pineapple from Sarawak's peat soils. Cut when the base has coloured, not before, which is why theirs is sweeter than most.
Honey mango and susu mango, plus the pink guava and rose apple we bring in through the cooler months.
Young drinking coconuts and the cold-pressed coconut water we bottle for the vending machines. Pressed and shipped the same day.
Local grower supplying oyster, shimeji and enoki mushrooms. Grown indoors in Singapore, delivered to us within hours of harvest.
We are always looking for growers in the region who ripen naturally and can supply consistently in small, frequent lots.
